If you didn’t catch it, The Haunting of the Hill House is a new series that released on Netflix on October 12th. The 10-episode horror series is a modern reimagining of Shirley Jackson’s novel of the same name by creator, writer, and director Mike Flanagan. The story follows five siblings who grew up in America’s most famous haunted house who are reunited as adults when their youngest sister’s death results as a suicide.
Ghosts of the past come to confront them and interestingly, the series takes on a darker alternate ending.
